5) The Vita features a cross-platform function with the PlayStation 3
According to Sony, the Vita can double up as a controller for the PlayStation 3, but that's not the coolest bit: the Vita allows you to play a game on the device and pick up right where you left off on the PlayStation 3! And in some games, user-generated contents on the PS3 can be exported to the Vita. This is possible because of Sony's PlayStation Network save cloud ability, something very similar to Apple's iCloud.
