Is Facebook really in trouble?

A recent survey by the American Customer Satisfaction Index indicated that only 61 per cent of Facebook users are satisfied with the social network.

After a slew of newsworthy fake pages, one of its earliest backers pulling out, lower than expected financial results, questionable new apps and most recently a lawsuit - we take a look back at a turbulent few months and ask has our beloved social network reached a plateau. Is the writing on the wall for Facebook?

I wouldn't demand for anything as i don't pay Facebook a single cent, so who am i to demand for any changes that i want? Afterall, now they are facing a very serious trouble as one of the Facebook director just sold of all his share in Facebook recently. I guess Mark really have to find some way to resolve all situations that he and his company are facing. If i were in his shoe, i wouldn't mind getting myself a Kechara wealth Chakras.
