An Italian village for sale on eBay?
Earlier this month, many eBay shoppers were shocked when they found an Italian village, Pratariccia, being auctioned on the online shopping and auctioning site. Located at in the Tuscan countryside (25 miles east of Florence), the Italian hilltop hamlet was abandoned 50 years ago and is going at an asking price of 2.5 million Euro on eBay.
