Surface for Windows RT
Two models of Surface have been announced by Microsoft: Surface for Windows RT and Surface for Windows 8 Pro. It's the former that will be a direct rival to the iPad. The Windows 8 Pro model, on the other hand, will be a more powerful (and more expensive) version that is pitched directly against the new wave of Ultrabooks, as well as Apple's MacBook Air.

The question has been answered here by comparing Surface with Ipad.  Until a time when a new tablet is out and people start comparing it with Surface (and not Ipad), then you can be sure that it's at the top.

do you think you get all in one for the best, dont ever think ...........there are always loop hole in every production of gadgets unless the are dumb player in the market who dont think about the money
