Hillary Clinton
Recent photographs were taken of United States Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, when she went make-up free and donned her glasses during an official trip to Asia. These 'Hillary Au Naturale' pictures were featured prominently in news sources and over the Internet, with comments that she looked 'tired and withdrawn'.
Neither embarrassed nor angered, Hillary Clinton simply laughed off the criticism.
'I feel so relieved to be at the stage I'm at in my life right now,' she told CNN during an interview. 'If I want to wear my glasses I'm wearing my glasses. If I want to wear my hair back I'm pulling my hair back ... At some point it's just not something that deserves a whole lot of time and attention. And if others want to worry about it, I let them do the worrying for a change.' That's a pretty cool comeback.
