Microbloggers have been tweeting about tennis player Roger Federer during his match with Serbian Novak Djokovic in the semifinals of the men's singles competition at Wimbledon.

"National Kissing Day" is trending in fourth place as Twitter users express who they would like to lock lips with; the event is celebrated worldwide on July 6.

Younger Twitter users in France are celebrating, or commiserating, getting the results of their baccalauréat, commonly called the bac. The exam is an academic qualification taken by students in France at the end of their high school education.
